1. Introduction

Welcome to Naughty Bean Coffee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and Click & Collect services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Order Placement and Accuracy

When you place an order through our Click & Collect app, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all order details, including the selected items, quantities, modifications, and your contact information.

• Customer Responsibility: Naughty Bean Coffee is not and will not be responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.
• Our Responsibility: We pledge to fulfill orders exactly as they are placed and confirmed in our system according to your selections.

3. Sales and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales finalized through the Click & Collect system are final.

• All Sales Final: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges unless the error occurred on our part during fulfillment.
• Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE): While we strive for accuracy in our menus, pricing, and descriptions, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Collection of Orders

Our Click & Collect service requires you to collect your order at our designated store location.

• Please ensure you arrive within a reasonable timeframe after your specified collection time to guarantee the freshness and quality of your beverages and food.
• Orders not collected by the close of business on the day the order was placed may be discarded without a refund.

5. User Conduct

By using our app, you agree not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with any other party's use of our services. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to our services if you violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Naughty Bean Coffee or its content suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
